Drupal security announcements

The Zoocha team is subscribed to receive Drupal security announcements via email directly from Drupal Security Advisories, which is the primary mechanism for announcements of this nature made by Drupal.org.

The Zoocha Monitor

This monitor informs Zoocha about the Drupal contrib modules in use on any given site, including their version numbers, the patches applied, and which core and contrib modules are enabled. This monitor, therefore, instantly enables us to know if any given security patch/update impacts a client’s site.

Assessment

We assess all alerts for urgency, impact and severity. This is documented in Jira and shared transparently with any impacted client, including our recommended action of when and how to manage the update/patch.

Resolution

By the time the security patch release is made by Drupal,, Zoocha and our clients have a very clear idea of what to expect, have appropriate team member resources arranged and assigned, and a plan for how the release will be made.
