User-centred design

Designing for accessibility and inclusivity, by default

At Zoocha, we’re incredibly passionate about accessible design and champion inclusive, compliant design best practices. We believe digital experiences should be open to all and genuinely accessible to everyone.

All Zoocha’s team members have accessibility training, and we hold IAAP certification as an organisation.

We use inclusive design patterns, navigational best practices, and accessible codebases on every project, aiming to build websites that are WCAG AA accessible by default.

Our user experience design approach draws on Government Digital Service (GDS) best practices, and aligns with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). This means everything we create can be enjoyed by users of all abilities, needs and aspirations, across all contexts.
