This has resulted in a 47% female-identifying team, with this percentage reflected at a management level, ensuring we are promoting gender diversity across horizontal and vertical metrics. This has resulted in a real commitment to offering training and learning and development initiatives for our team, with now over 80% of our technical team having gained at least one certification relevant to their role since starting Zoocha. Growing and retaining knowledge in-house has been key to the services that we're able to offer, with a continuous improvement drive that is really essential to everything we do.
