2026 has given us plenty to celebrate at Zoocha.

  We’re really proud of each recognition because they reflect something we care deeply about: creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported and able to do their best work.
  
  Our culture isn’t something we consider finished. We regularly ask our team for feedback, including through the independent Great Place to Work survey, and use what we learn to identify where we’re doing well and where we can improve. At Zoocha, employee engagement is treated as an ongoing business priority, with feedback feeding into practical improvements across our policies, processes, leadership and wellbeing initiatives.
  
  This approach is closely connected to our values: being Open & Inclusive, Creative & Curious, Collaborative & Accountable, and Adaptive & Agile. They’re intended to shape how we work together day to day, wherever our team happens to be working from.
  
  Being shortlisted across workplace, wellbeing, tech and women-focused categories feels particularly meaningful because together they recognise different parts of the employee experience. We know there’s always more we can do, but it’s great to see the work of people across Zoocha recognised externally.
  
  Most importantly, these achievements belong to our team. Culture is created by everyone who contributes to it, challenges us to improve it and helps make Zoocha a good place to work.
